Basic, delectable, and quick! Over couscous, salmon is sauteed with all of the ingredients at once. Ideally suited for spinach salad.
Ingredient:-
Butter, 2 tablespoons.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
4 salmon steaks, each of 4 ounces.
1 teaspoon minced garlic.
1 tablespoon lemon pepper.
1 tsp. of salt.
1 cup of water.
1 cup hacked new tomatoes.
1 cup hacked new cilantro.
2 cups bubbling water.
1 cup uncooked couscous.
Instructions:-
- Melt the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the salmon with salt, lemon pepper, and garlic in the skillet. Around the salmon, add 1/4 cup water. In the skillet, add the cilantro and tomatoes. Cook covered for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- In a pot, heat 2 cups of water to the point of boiling. Mix in the couscous after taking it off the heat. Cover and allow to rest for five minutes. Serve the cooked salmon over couscous, and sprinkle with sauce from the skillet.
