a stir-fry recipe I created to please a family that loves garlic.
ingredients:-
2 tablespoons nut oil.
6 cloves garlic, minced.
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger.
1 chopped bunch of green onions.
1 tsp. of salt.
1 pound boneless skinless chicken bosoms, cut into strips.
2 thinly sliced onions.
1 cup of cabbage, sliced.
One red bell pepper sliced thinly.
2 cups sugar snap peas.
1 cup chicken stock.
2 tablespoons soy sauce.
2 tbsp. of white sugar.
2 teaspoons of cornstarch.
instructions:-
step-1:-
Heat nut oil in a wok or enormous skillet. Stir in two minced garlic cloves, ginger root, green onions, and salt as the toil begins to smoke. In about two minutes, stir-fry the onion until it becomes translucent. Stir in the chicken and cook for three minutes or until opaque. Stir in the remaining four minced garlic cloves. Cover with 1/2 cup broth/water, sweet onions, cabbage, bell pepper, and peas.
step-2:-
Blend the leftover 1/2 cup stock/water, soy sauce, sugar, and cornstarch in a little bowl. Stir the sauce mixture into the wok or skillet until it coats the vegetables and chicken. Serve right away, over hot rice whenever wanted.
